Corned Beef: For the best flavor, use fresh corned beef sliced from the deli. You can also use leftover corned beef if you have it.
Types
of cheese: Swiss cheese is the traditional cheese, but try other varieties like Emmentaler or Gruyère. Bread Choice: Rye bread is traditional with its unique flavor, but you can also use pumpernickel or marbled rye bread.
Dressing:
Both Russian dressing and Thousand Island dressing work well. You can choose according to your preference or create your own.

Enjoy an authentic Reuben sandwich. A true deli classic with the perfect combination of savory, spicy, and cheesy flavors.
