– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 450 g / 1 lb. of ground meat
– 5 eggs
– 1 tbsp.
tablespoons olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon sage
– Chives (optional)
– Bread or vegetables for serving

1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the ground meat to the frying pan and fry until browned. Cut into pieces with a spatula.
4. While the beef is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
5. Once the beef is cooked, move it to one side of the pot and pour the beaten egg to the other side.
6. Cook undisturbed for 1 to 2 minutes, until the eggs are set.
7. Carefully stir the eggs with a spatula and mix them with the minced meat.
8. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and sage.
9. If using, add chopped chives to a blender for added flavor.
10. Serve the ground meat and scrambled eggs hot as a side dish with bread and vegetables.
