– 8 thin pork chops
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, chopped
– 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
– 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
– Salt and pepper, chopped

– 1 zucchini, cut into strips
– 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1. Cut pork chops into approx. 0.6 cm pieces Flatten it to a thickness of . Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Spread this mixture on one side of each cutlet.
3. Place a small amount of shredded vegetables on each schnitzel and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
4. Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork rolls and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 7 to 10 minutes.
5. Reduce heat to medium, add balsamic vinegar to pot and cover. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
6. Remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes, then remove toothpicks or string and serve.
