Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients

2 pounds of chicken wings
5 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except oil and chicken in a small bowl.

Dry the wings with paper towels.
Place
the chicken in a medium bowl, add the spices and mix well.

When ready to grill, wipe the grill with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to the grill. Preheat to medium heat. Place the chicken on the grill and roast for about 20-25 minutes. Flip every 5 minutes until golden brown.
