Beef Lombardi Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

28-ounce can of tomatoes

cloves of minced garlic

teaspoons honey
2
teaspoons salt
black
pepper
1/2
teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1
bay leaf
1
pack of boiled egg noodles
1
8-ounce package of cream cheese
6
green onions (chopped)
1
cup sour cream
2
cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Brown the beef over medium heat. Excretes fat. Add garlic and cook until softened. Add tomatoes, honey, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and Tabasco. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix cooked pasta with cream cheese, green onions, and sour cream. Grease a 9 x 13 pan and fill with alternating layers of pasta mixture, tomato mixture, and grated cheese, finishing with cheese.
Cover
and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. You can freeze it before or after baking.
