  • 3 pounds beef ribs
For the rub:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cam 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
To serve:
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.Pour the rub over the beef ribs, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the ribs and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.For indirect grilling, preheat grill to 120°C (250°F).Place the ribs on the grill over indirect heat.Cover the grill and cook the ribs for about 1 hour. Flip every 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.During the last 10 to 20 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce to caramelize.Once the ribs are perfectly cooked and tender, remove them from the grill.Serve our grilled beef ribs hot and enjoy every juicy bite.
