CREAMY ITALIAN CUCUMBER SALAD
Ingredients
▢ 3/4 cup mayonnaise
▢ 1/4 cup sour cream
▢ 1 tablespoon red or white wine vinegar
▢ 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
▢ 1 teaspoon olive oil
▢ 2 garlic cloves, minced
▢ 1/2 teaspoon Salt
▢1/4 teaspoon pepper
▢1 pinch of granulated sugar, 1/8 teaspoon
▢3 cucumbers
▢1 medium red onion
CREAMY ITALIAN CUCUMBER SALAD
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and red or white. Suit you. Wine, vinegar, Italian seasoning, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar.
For best results, cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 1 hour and up to a full day before preparing the salad.
Cut cucumbers and red onions into thin slices about 3mm thick.
Mix the dressing with the onions and cucumbers. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
