500 g pork scotch (cut into 1 cm thick pieces)
2 tablespoons Chinese black vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
2 tablespoons rice wine
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons flour
1 L Deep frying oil

Marinade: Mix pork pieces, Chinese black vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, five-spice powder, and sake in a container and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Bread: Mix cornstarch and flour. (If you want them to be crispy, cut the marinade in half.)
Deep frying: Add oil to a large or small pot. Cook the pork until it starts to sizzle as soon as you submerge it. Fry the pork until it is golden brown.
