Pork Chop Casserole


▢6 medium-thick boneless pork chops
▢1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
▢1 cup sour cream
▢1 teaspoon thyme
▢1 tablespoon parsley

▢ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
▢ 1/2 teaspoon salt
▢ 1 6-ounce container French Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and place them evenly in a glass baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, and salt. Add 1 cup of fried onions and reserve the remaining onions for a casserole topping.
Spread creamy onion mixture over pork chops and sprinkle remaining fried onions over top.
Cover the bread with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Remove the foil during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Let cool slightly before serving.
