Ingredients

2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup condensate
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rotini noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, melted butter, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Grease a 2-liter baking dish. Spread the cooked noodles on the bottom of the plate. Scatter the cooked bacon over the pasta.
Pour the mushroom cream mixture over the pasta and bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with sour cream. Return to oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. enjoy!
