2 cups cooked or shredded chicken

6 tablespoons cubed butter

1/2 chopped onion

2 cups Bisquick baking mix

1 chicken soup 0.5 cup

1.5 cups milk

4 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

4.5 ounces cream of chicken soup

2 cups mixed vegetables (fresh or frozen)

4 Heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

Put the butter in a 23x33cm baking dish and melt it in the oven. Once melted, remove the mold from the oven.

In a separate bowl, stir milk and Bisquick baking mix until smooth and set aside. Combine chicken stock and cream of chicken soup in a separate bowl, stir well and set aside. Layer the chicken, vegetables, and onions in that order on top of the melted butter in a baking dish, then sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Carefully pour the Bisquick mixture over the layers, followed by the soup and soup mixture. Do not stir.

Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and set.
