– 4 eggs
– Sugar 150 g
– Melted butter 100 g
– Sunflower oil 60 ml
– Milk 80 ml
– Flour 200 g
– Baking powder 11 g
– Baking powder 1 pinch
– 1 pack Vanilla Secret

– 3 boxes of unsweetened cocoa

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and set aside.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the eggs and mix until pale.

Next, add the melted butter, oil, and milk and mix with an electric mixer.

Add flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix again, cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

If desired, add butter and flour to the madeleine mold, fill it ¾ of the way with the dough and bake at 220 °C for 5 minutes, then at 180 °C for 7 minutes.
