For the chocolate biscuits:

Flour 80 g
Cocoa powder 30 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
3 eggs
Sugar 180 g
Milk 50 ml
Vegetable oil 50 ml

For the chocolate icing:

Cocoa powder 40 g
Sugar 50 g
Milk 2 00 ml
Butter 20 g

For cream:

Sour cream 300 ml
Cream cheese 100 g
Powdered sugar 3-4 tablespoons
Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

For steeping:

Milk 50 ml

How to make:

Oven 180 Heat to 356 °F (°C). . Grease and line a square baking pan (24 x 24 cm).
Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and vegetable oil and mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare the glaze: Combine cocoa, sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Boil until thickened and let cool.
For the cream, mix sour cream, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cocoa.
Once the cookies have cooled, cut them into two layers. Soak each layer in milk.
Spread half of the cream on one layer, place the other layer on top and cover the cake with the remaining cream.
Pour the cooled icing onto the cake.
Let rest in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
