Ingredients:

2℃ barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
3 freshly chopped garlic cloves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Ribs on the back of a 4-5 pound baby

Instructions:

First step:

Put barbecue sauce in a ziplock bag
Add brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper to taste.

Second step:

Close the zipper on the bag and knead the bag with your hands to mix the sauce ingredients.
Open the bag and add the ribs

Third step:

Seal the bag and shake until the ribs are completely covered.
Spray on the inside of the clay pot

Fourth step:

Open the bag and put the ribs in the pot.
Pour half of the sauce from the bag into the pot, making sure the ribs are covered with sauce.

Fifth step:

Boil on high heat for 4-5 hours to remove the bone meat, then boil on low heat for 9 hours to remove the bone meat.
If you like very lean meat but want it to remain on the bone, cook it over low heat for 7 hours until the meat falls off the bone.

Sixth step:

Have the sauces on the table so everyone can choose if they want more. enjoy!
