1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1/3 cup Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, onion, milk, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan or form into loaves and place in a baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup in a small bowl. Mix well and spread on meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through. The internal temperature of the meatloaf when finished should reach 70°C (160°F).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing it. Serve hot.
