Chicken Crescent Roll Ups
1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Combine milk, soup, and cheese in a small bowl. Spread 1/3 cup of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Stretch the dough and divide it into triangles. Place chicken and 1 teaspoon of broth in large triangular pieces. Roll it up and place it in a baking dish.
Once all the buns are in the pan, pour the remaining soup mixture over and around the buns.
Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
