Ingredients:

4-5 chicken thighs (bone and skin included)
2 tablespoons chicken seasoning
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, onion slices, minced garlic, oil, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well coated.
Arrange seasoned potatoes and onions in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Season chicken with chicken seasoning.
Fry the chicken in a frying pan. Place the chicken thighs on top of the potatoes and onions. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown and tender.
