Alfredo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
20-25 chicken wings
Lawry’s seasoning salt 1 teaspoon
Lawry’s Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
Served with alfredo sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups fresh cream
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Alfredo Chicken Wings
direction:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
First, wash the chicken with salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse and pat dry.
Season the chicken and place on a cooling rack. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Flip and return to oven for another 20 minutes. Flip again and let cook for another 15 minutes.
Once ready, start making the alfredo sauce. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add butter.
Once the butter has melted, slowly add the cream and mix. Then add the spices, mix and bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Next, add Parmesan cheese. Mix well and then add the chicken wings. Mix well and serve on a plate.
