Big Mac Sliders
Ingredients:
For the sliders:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 slider rolls
- 6 cheddar cheese slices, cut in half
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Dill pickle slices
Sauce For:
- 1 / 2 cups mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Big Mac Sliders
Directions:
Oven to 350°F Preheat to (17 degrees). 5℃). Combine ground beef, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape into 12 small patties.
Fry the patties in a frying pan over medium heat until desired color. Excrete excess fat.
Cut the slider roll in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish. Place the cooked patty on the base of each bun and top with half a slice of cheddar cheese.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Spread a generous amount of the sauce over the cheese on each slider.
Top with chopped lettuce and dill pickle slices and cover with the top half of the slider roll.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are cooked through.
Serve immediately and enjoy a mini version of the classic Big Mac flavor.
