Baked BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Directions:
– Preheat oven to 250 degrees (120 degrees) , place each in a small bowl and let stand until completely set. It’s well mixed.
– Place the ribs meat side down on the aluminum foil. Stab the back of the ribs several times with a knife.
– Apply dry wipe liberally to all sides of the rib rack.
– Fold the foil, meat side down, around the rib rack to ensure a tight seal. Place it on the tray.
– Bake in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 2 hours. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
– Increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
– Open the foil and drain and discard any accumulated juices and fat. Spread barbecue sauce all over the grill.
– Return the rack to the oven, meat side up, leaving the foil open. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush only the sides of the meat with barbecue sauce. Repeat baking and basting four more times for a total baking time of 50 minutes.
– Cut rack into individual rib segments and serve with additional BBQ sauce
