Cheese Steak Tacos With Buffalo Fries
Ingredients:
22-ounce bag of waffle fries
1/2 pound beef
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 yellow onion
2 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
Optional: Sour cream for topping
Cheese Steak Tacos With Buffalo Fries
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees; Spread the waffle fries in a greased extra-large utensil dish.
Make sure the fries are spread out evenly. Bake until golden and crispy.
While the fries are cooking: Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped yellow onion until translucent. Add finely ground beef and taco seasoning. Mix well and simmer until the beef is cooked through.
