Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
Ingredients
New York Strip Steak 5 pounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound baby gold potatoes (quartered or halved)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
3 cloves minced garlic
Salt and pepper as needed

How to make
Give Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add potatoes, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Cook potatoes, stirring frequently, until tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Set potatoes aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of butter and the shredded steak to the same skillet. Stir several times until desired consistency is reached.
Return potatoes to pot to reheat and season to taste.
