โ€ข 2 puff over Dried meat
โ€ข 600 g ground beef
โ€ข 2 potatoes
โ€ข 2 onions
โ€ข 1 beef stock cube
โ€ข 1 egg yolk
โ€ข 2 tbsp.
tablespoons olive oil โ€ข Salt
โ€ข Pepper

๐—›๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—›๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ถ๐—ฒ

๐™‹๐™ง๐™š๐™ฅ๐™–๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ ๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™š๐™ฅ๐™จ:

1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Dip them into a pot of boiling water, add bouillon cubes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2๏ผŽ Preheat the oven to 215โ„ƒ. Peel the onions and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil. Add minced meat, salt, and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Roll out the puff pastry into a cake pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Decorate this cake mold with potatoes, then with minced meat.
4. Fold the puff pastry inward about 1cm. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with a fork and brush the creases. Cover the whole thing with the other puff pastry, making sure the curve points towards the inside of the mold. Fry everything with the remaining eggs. Use a knife to make a small hole in the center of the cake.
5. Bake at 200โ„ƒ for 45 minutes.
