โข 2 puff over Dried meat
โข 600 g ground beef
โข 2 potatoes
โข 2 onions
โข 1 beef stock cube
โข 1 egg yolk
โข 2 tbsp.
tablespoons olive oil โข Salt
โข Pepper
๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฒ
๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฅ๐จ:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes. Dip them into a pot of boiling water, add bouillon cubes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2๏ผ Preheat the oven to 215โ. Peel the onions and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil. Add minced meat, salt, and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Roll out the puff pastry into a cake pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Decorate this cake mold with potatoes, then with minced meat.
4. Fold the puff pastry inward about 1cm. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with a fork and brush the creases. Cover the whole thing with the other puff pastry, making sure the curve points towards the inside of the mold. Fry everything with the remaining eggs. Use a knife to make a small hole in the center of the cake.
5. Bake at 200โ for 45 minutes.
