Smoky BBQ Pork Ribs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C).
2. Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
3. Rub all over the ribs with the spice mixture. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily falls off the bone.
4. Meanwhile, mix the barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar.
5. When the ribs are tender, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
6. Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture and return to the oven. Bake for another 30 minutes, adding more sauce every 10 minutes.
7. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place the ribs on the grill and cook, turning once, with additional barbecue sauce until caramelized and lightly charred, 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
