Salmon and Shrimp casrole
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion , sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving

Prepare:
Season salmon fillets and shrimp on both sides with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper Season with.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Place the salmon fillets, skin side down, in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the shrimp to the same skillet and fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the sliced peppers and onions to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pot and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, or until the tomatoes are slightly soft.
Return the salmon and shrimp to the pot, mix and heat through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon.
