Oven Roasted Sausage and Potatoe
Ingredients
1 pound smoked turkey sausage, cut into rings
1 onion, peeled and chopped
6 small red potatoes
6 small golden potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Ground fresh black salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

How to make oven roasted smoked sausage and potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Set it aside.
Cut the turkey sausage into large pieces.
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Wash the potatoes and pat dry.
Halve the baby potatoes.
In a large bowl, add the sausage, onions, and baby potatoes.
Cover sausage mixture with olive oil and mix.
Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the sausage mixture.
Turn to the court.
Pour this into a tray and place the sausage and potatoes evenly on top.
Put it in a pot in the oven and cook for 55 minutes.
Prick the potatoes with a fork to check if they are soft and fully cooked.
If not ready, cook for another 5 minutes.
