Easy Orange Creamsicle Salad
Ingredients
1 (3 oz) package Orange Jelly Mix
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 (3.4 oz) package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
8 oz container Cool Whip (see notes)
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
30 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups mini marshmallows
Easy Orange Creamsicle Salad
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk the orange jelly with the boiling water until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add cold water and stir. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove from the refrigerator, add instant pudding mix and stir until smooth and creamy. Return to refrigerator for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add Cool Whip, chopped pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Mix until combined.
Add the marshmallows and mix gently until smooth.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
