Crockpot Barbecue Ribs
Instructions
First step:
Put barbecue sauce in a ziplock bag
Add brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper, if desired
Second stage:
Close the bag and knead the bag with your hands to mix the sauce ingredients well.
Open the bag and put the ribs inside.
Third stage:
Seal the bag and shake to completely cover the ribs.
Spray on the inside of the clay pot
Fourth step:
Open the bag and put the ribs in the pot.
Pour 3/4 of the sauce from the bag into the pot, making sure the ribs are covered with sauce.
Fifth step:
Cook the meat on high for 4 to 5 hours until it falls off the bone, then cook on low for 9 hours until it falls off the bone.
If you want your bone-in meat to stay very tender, cook it on low heat for 7 hours so that the meat separates from the bone.
Sixth step:
Put the sauce on the table and let everyone decide for themselves if they want more.
