Henny Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

– 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup butter
– 1/4 cup Hennessy Cognac
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation:

1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
2. Add honey, Hennessy, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry until pink and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
