Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Ingredients:
Chocolate Ganache:
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Coarse Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker flour
- 1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup ge Salted Sweet Cream Butter
Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie
Directions:
Prepare the tart pan: Line a 9-inch fluted tart pan with parchment paper and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
Make the ganache: Combine chocolate chips and oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 45-55 seconds and stir until smooth. Spread half of the ganache on the prepared tart tin and refrigerate.
Prepare the filling. Combine powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and mix together. In a separate bowl, microwave the peanut butter and butter for 45 seconds and stir. Mix dry ingredients until well combined.
Assemble: Spread peanut butter mixture over cooled ganache layer in tart pan. Cover with the remaining ganache and smooth out the surface. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours to firm up.
To serve: Carefully remove the cake from the tart pan, remove the baking paper, remove to a plate, slice and serve.
