Chicken Thighs & Potatoes Delight
Ingredients:
1. 5 chicken thighs
2. Salt and pepper
3. 5 potatoes
4. 2 carrots
5. 3 cloves of garlic
6. 1 onion
7. Small bunch of parsley
8. Butter 50 g
9. Honey 80 g
10. Sweet chili sauce 80 g
11. Soy sauce 50 ml
12. Mustard 1 tablespoon
Chicken Thighs & Potatoes Delight
Cooking instructions:
1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
3. Cut the carrots into small pieces.
4. In a frying pan, fry the chicken thighs in butter for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Finely chop the onion, garlic and parsley.
6. Remove the thighs and add the potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, and parsley to the pot. Fry for 10 minutes.
7. In a separate pot, combine honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and mustard.
8. Place the potatoes in a baking dish, place the chicken feet on top and pour over the honey sauce.
9. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
