Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
Ingredients:
– 1.5 pounds ribeye steak, chopped
– 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 5 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
– Fresh 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet
Preparation:
1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook, cut side down, until golden and crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. Add the steak pieces to the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper. For medium-rare, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until desired doneness. Remove and set aside with potatoes.
3. Reduce the heat to low and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Return steak and potatoes to pot. Add garlic butter mixture until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
