1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar

All-purpose cup 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour

HOMEMADE NAAN BREAD
Preparation:
Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes or until foamy. Add olive oil, yogurt, eggs, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Stir until everything is smooth.
Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Knead a few times on a floured work surface until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat a saucepan to medium heat.
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. On a floured surface, roll each piece into a 6-inch circle.
Add oil or nonstick spray to the pan. Bake each circle for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is bubbly and golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Brush the top (foam side) of each naan with melted butter. I added garlic to the butter, but that’s optional.
Enjoy!
