Steak Stir-Fried Ramen
How to make:
Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, water, Chinese sake, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak and cook until browned on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Remove steak from pan and set aside.
Add more vegetable oil to the pan if necessary. Add chopped bell pepper, sliced onion, chopped Brussels sprouts, and matchstick carrots. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are soft and slightly charred.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pot with the cooked vegetables. Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Wait until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook instant noodles according to package directions. Drain the pasta and discard the seasoning packet.
Once the sauce has thickened and the steak and vegetables are coated, add the boiled ramen noodles to the pot. Stir well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
