Ingredients:

pieces of pork

sweet potatoes (peeled and finely chopped)
・Slice
1 onion

tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

can of your favorite soup (chicken also works), 14 oz.
・Adjust
the taste with salt and pepper
Garlic
powder 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Arrange the potatoes and onions in the bottom of the baking dish. season.

4. Fry the pork chops, season and place on a layer of potatoes and onions.
5.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir until well combined. Add the stock and bring to a boil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook and stir until thickened.
6.
Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
7.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
