Instructions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

3. Adjust the thickness of the dough with milk if necessary and stir the dough until smooth (some lumps are fine).
4. Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly brush with butter.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake and mix until smooth. 6. Cook until the top is golden brown and bubbly, then flip and cook the other side.
