Ingredients:

filling:

8 ounces softened cream cheese

tub (8 oz) whipped topping
1
large can (14-16 ounces) of pineapple, crushed and drained
3/4
cup powdered sugar
1/2
cup pineapple chunks
1/2
cup shredded coconut as topping.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker flour
1
cup sugar
1/2
cup melted butter

Instructions:


For
the dough: Combine graham cracker flour and sugar. Add melted butter and mix well. Press into an 8×8 or 9×9 inch mold.
For
the filling: In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the whipped topping to the bowl. Next, add the drained pineapple.
Spread
the filling over the dough. Top with pineapple pieces and sprinkle with coconut.
Chill
thoroughly for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
