MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
Mix 4 eggs, sugar, butter, and milk well, then add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Mix again. Grease the mold with butter and pour the batter into it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Note: After baking, moisten the cake with chocolate simple syrup (1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, mix everything together to soak).
Mousse ingredients:
1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
1 can condensed milk
Cream 1/2 box
1 cup powdered milk
How to prepare mousse:
Mix everything with a mixer until very creamy and pour over the cake. Let cool for 3 hours before serving.
