Mille-feuille, creamy dessert
Ingredients:
Puff pastry 450 g
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
3 egg yolks
Sugar 150 g
Starch 75 g
Milk 750 g
Whipped cream 240 g
Mille-feuille, creamy dessert
Preparation:
Pour into a saucepan . Add milk, mix in sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, and starch. Stir until the mixture thickens, then add a spoonful of butter and stir. Let it cool down.
Cut the dough and bake at 190° for 25 minutes.
Assemble the cake by adding fresh cream to the cream. Place in the freezer for 2 hours before serving
