Meatball and potato casserole
Ingredients:
10 boiled potatoes
Minced meat 500g
1 onion
salt and pepper taste
Sour cream 350g
2 eggs
150g grated cheese

Direction:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
Peel, boil and slice the potatoes.
Place the sliced potatoes on an oven-safe plate to form meatballs. I also put it in a gratin dish.
Combine sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the meat and potatoes and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 45 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
