mac & collard greens with cabbage

5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons flour
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups whole milk
Boursin Cheese, Herbs, Garlic 1/2 package
A variety of freshly grated cheeses such as sharp cheddar, gouda, mozzarella, havarti, etc. 5 cups Colby etc.
1.5 cups mild cheddar cheese (for garnish)
12 oz elbow pasta, cooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Methods
Melt the butter over medium heat and add the flour to make a roux. Add milk little by little while stirring. Then cream. Add paprika and spices. Once mixed, add Boursin cheese, then slowly add more cheese and remove from heat. Add the noodles, place in a baking dish, top with mild cheddar cheese, sprinkle with paprika, and bake at 375° for about 35 minutes.
