Ingredients
Flour 4 1/2
2 teaspoons yeast
1 egg for brushing
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup baking margarine, melted
2 teaspoons spice mix
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar

Preparation Instructions
Mix everything together and knead the dough until smooth, cover and let stand until doubled in volume. Put.
After proofing, divide the dough into 12 equal parts and leave for a second time, about 20 minutes, on a well-prepared baking sheet. Then rub the top with egg.
Make a paste with 3 tablespoons of flour and a little water. The paste should be slightly thick, not liquid.
Cross the buns and bake at 180℃ until golden brown.
