Homemade Pizza Sticks
Ingredients
1 can (13.80 oz) pizza dough
6 ounces pepperoni slices
8 mozzarella cheese sticks
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Ranch for marinara or dip
Homemade Pizza Sticks
preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough on a clean work surface and cut into 8 rectangular pieces.
Place 3 to 4 pepperoni slices in the center of each dough disk and place a cheese stick on top.
Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch the dough to seal the seams and edges.
Place the rolled sticks on the prepared baking sheet. Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning with melted butter and brush each pizza slice with the mixture.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
