Ingredients
dry ingredients
▢1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
▢¾ cup granulated sugar
▢Baking powder 1 1/4 teaspoon
▢Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
▢1/2 teaspoon salt
wet ingredients
▢1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
▢1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
▢2 large eggs at room temperature
▢1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Instructions
How to make cake mix
In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt
Store in a jar or airtight container with a lid
To bake a 13×9 cake or 24 cupcakes
Mix cake mix and wet ingredients until well combined
1/2 cup milk or buttermilk, 1/2 cup oil, 2 large eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pour batter into a greased 13×9 pan or divide among cupcake liners.
Bake the cake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Bake the cupcakes at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let stand until completely cool and frost if desired
