Instructions:

Cook the pasta shells
Boil the shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly. -
Prepare the filling
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until soft, then add garlic.
Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned. -
Add sauce
