Ingredients
1 pound ground pork or maple sausage
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 eggs, beaten
1-1 1/2 c. halves and halves
6 slices of white bread, toasted and cut into cubes

Methods
A 9 Grease a large baking dish x13 and set aside.
Fry the sausage in a frying pan over medium heat until brown, then drain the water.
In a medium bowl, combine salt, eggs, and half-and-half. Next, add the sausage, bread cubes, and cheese. Stir together until everything is evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cover with foil and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake the casserole, covered, for 50 to 60 minutes.
