Chicken Wrap Recipes

Ingredients:

For marinating chicken:

– Oil: 1 tbsp
– Minced garlic: 1 tbsp
– Boneless chicken: 200 grams
– Salt: 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
– Red chili pepper: 1 tsp
– Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
– Cumin powder: 1 tsp
– Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
– Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
– Tandoori masala (optional): 1 tsp
– Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
– Yogurt: 1 cup

For the yogurt sauce:

– Mayonnaise: 2-3 tablespoons
– Salt: to taste
– Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
– Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Fresh chopped coriander

Other ingredients :

– Tortilla
– Red cabbage
– Onion slices
– Tomato, shredded
– Lettuce
– Butter (as needed)

Directions:

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced garlic.
2. Add the boneless chicken and fry until it changes color.
3. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili flakes, tandoori masala (if using) and lemon juice. Mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt and marinated chicken. Let it marinate for a while.
5. Make the yogurt sauce by mixing mayonnaise, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and chopped coriander in a bowl.
6. Heat the tortillas and spread a layer of yogurt sauce on top.
7. Add marinated chicken, red cabbage, onion slices, shredded tomatoes, and lettuce.
8. Wrap tortilla in plastic wrap.
9. If desired, brush the wrap with a little butter and grill or toast for a crispy texture.
10. Serve delicious and quick chicken wraps!
