Ingredients:
for sponge cake
Eggs – 8 pieces
Sugar – 240 grams
Flour – 240 grams
Vanillin – 1 gram
pinch of salt
for cream
Mascarpone cheese – 500 grams
Cream 33% – 500ml
Condensed milk or powdered milk – 100 (I have condensed milk)
600 grams cranberries or lingonberries and sugar (optional) (I used about 200 grams)

Preparation:
1. First, start with the sponge cake.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy, 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the sifted flour little by little and mix slowly.
Pour into two baking molds and bake at 170 degrees until the dough comes out clean with a toothpick.
Mix cheese, cream, and condensed milk until fluffy.

2 Prepare the berry layer. Place frozen cranberries in a saucepan, heat, add sugar and dissolve the berries. Grind in a blender until smooth (you can add a little water if it looks thick)
3 Cut the finished cake into 2 parts with a thread (there are 4 cakes in total)
4 Collect cakes (preferably in mold rings): cakes, berries, layers, cream cakes, etc.
5 Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and eat it in the morning.
Important note:
The batter will be a little watery, but when baked it will become a very soft sponge cake batter. Bake this in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 30 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 160 degrees and continue baking until done.
