Best Bourbon Pecan Peach Crisp
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
For crispy toppings:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter

How to make this delicious crunch:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with oil.
Combine peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and bourbon in a bowl. Stir until everything is well coated.
Pour peach mixture into greased baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, pecans, cinnamon, and salt for crunchy topping.
Pour melted butter over topping mixture and stir until crumbly.
