ASIAN PORK STEAKS (MARINADE)
Directions
Add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and mix.
Place the flank steak in a rimmed baking dish and pour the marinade over it.
Scatter chopped green onions or green onion tops over steak.
Cover the steak and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Discard the marinade. Season the steak with salt and pepper and let it rest until the grill heats to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grill the steak for 5 minutes (close the grill lid), then flip and grill the other side with the lid on for 4 minutes. Check for doneness.
Once the steak is cooked, remove from the grill and cover. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
Cut the steak along the grain and enjoy as desired.
